A consumer who has a contract at a distance, may, within 14 calendar days to withdraw from it without giving any reason.

Return the product in the context of withdrawal:

I. Please send a statement of withdrawal from the contract within 14 days of receipt of goods. A sample declaration form available below:

- I / We (*) hereby give notice / announce (*) on my / our withdrawal from the sales contract the following things:
- The date of conclusion of the contract:
- Name of consumer (s)
- Address of consumer (s)
- Signature of consumer (s) (only if the form is sent on paper)
- Date
(*) Delete as appropriate.

 
II. Then, within 14 days, please return the product.

III. The direct cost of returning the product shall be borne by the buyer.

IV. The consumer is responsible for the reduction in value as a result of using it in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the Product.

V. We pay the money within 14 days of receipt of the declaration, upon receipt of the product or proof of dispatch.

VI. The right of withdrawal from a distance contract is not granted to the consumer, among others, in relation to contracts in which the subject of the provision is non-prefabricated product, manufactured according to the specifications of the consumer or used to satisfy their individual needs.
